Hello,

WUJA’s vision for creating ‘Men & Women for others’ has encouraged understanding between nations and between persons. Our first opportunity has been the Alumni Exchange Programme between India and Spain. Please see attached history sheet.

The Second group of Spanish Jesuit Alumni/ae comprising of 9 members has arrived in India via Delhi for a 7 day visit to Jamshedpur from 22nd March 2010 for the Exchange Programme. The visitors would be exposed to social work in Shishu Bhavan (Home for abandoned babies), Nirmal Hriday (Home for the dying destitutes), School of Hope (School for challenged children,) Bal Vihar (School for deaf and mute children) etc.

The group will visit Kolkata for 2 days beginning 30th March, where they will visit the Bagi School for Girls, New Light Center for Girls and will exchange their thoughts with Indian members.

The second Indian group will go to Spain from India later in the year. Members desirous of participating in this programme may please send the Application Form to me.

Thanking you and looking forward to your participation in taking this Programme forward.

Yours sincerely,
